Kathy Hancock is the CEO and Co-Founder of Forta Solutions, LLC, a firm providing a technology platform for warehouse lending.  Under Kathy’s leadership Forta is not just focused on the development of great platform, but also a solution that has a positive impact to the industry while displaying family values.

Kathy holds an undergraduate degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Bradley University.  In 2007 Kathy furthered her education by graduating from Pepperdine University with a master’s in business administration with a focus is finance.  Kathy recently was accepted to the Doctor of Economics program at Pepperdine University.

Prior to the launch of Forta Solutions, Kathy founded an independent warehouse lending company; Avlis Partners LLC.  In five short years, Kathy led Avlis to become the #1 Non-bank independent warehouse lender in the US.  Prior to Avlis Kathy held executive and C-Suite positions with banks and mortgage originators as the Senior Vice President/Treasurer and oversaw all corporate treasury and warehouse lending functions.
